When to use it

Use it when people know your job title but not your thinking, skills or interests.

How to apply it
  1. Choose one channel where your audience already is, such as an internal forum or LinkedIn.
  2. Post one small thing a week: a lesson, a sketch, a tool you used or a problem you solved.
  3. Explain the reasoning behind your work, not just the outcome.
  4. Credit the people and sources that helped you.
  5. Respond to comments and questions to turn posts into conversations.
Tip: Share what is useful to others; posts that only announce achievements tend to be ignored.
