How to apply it
- Rate yourself honestly from 1 to 10 on Performance, Image and Exposure.
- Ask a trusted colleague to rate you on the same three factors and compare.
- Pick the lowest-scoring factor and write two actions to improve it this quarter.
- List the decision-makers for your next role and check whether each one knows your work.
- Book one conversation a month with someone on that list who does not yet know you.
Tip: Do not let your performance slip while chasing exposure; it remains the entry ticket.
